Please note all prices include delivery, set up & collection after the event (if in Perth)
We charge for fuel if it is outwith the radius of Perth, 0.55p per mile.
We charge for travel time if outwith Perth, £12 per hour. We would calculate this as per round trip including our return journey to collect the set up.
The cost for our soft play/bouncy castle/VIP Package is based on a FOUR HOUR
maximum hire.
If you wish to have the equipment for longer additional fees may apply and this MUST be communicated with us upon booking.
When booking with us, please take into account that we take anywhere from half an hour, to two hours (depending on the size of package) to set up. Please bear this in mind when booking in a time slot with your chosen venue.
All of our items are hire only and must be returned in the same condition they were given to you in. Any damage to our props (including our bounce house, LED light up numbers) will be charged for at a repair/replacement cost.
We kindly ask that the balls are replaced into the ball pit upon our collection.
In the event of your cancellation, if 7 days or more has been given, your deposit can re refunded or transferred to another date, subject to availability.
If L.A Soft Play cancels the booking (excludes reasons beyond our control) any money paid will be refunded.
Due to the weather being outwith our control, we are unable to refund any money if the weather forecast is unfavourable or turns wet on or during the day of hire. We advise all clients to have an alternative back up plan if intending to use the equipment outdoors in the Summer months.
We can accept outdoor bookings only in the months April through to September.
We request that the soft play/bouncy castle is not moved once set up, either by you as our client, or by the venue staff. We would have assessed the safety of the location and taken appropriate photos of the set up for our records.
When booking our bouncy castle, please ensure that the ceiling height is at least 9ft, and that we will have enough floor space for both the soft play and bouncy castle. This is the responsibility of the client to ensure the above are met with your chosen venue.
A 50% deposit is required to secure a booking. We require the remaining balance to be paid 24 hours prior to the event via bank transfer.
